We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a major commercial office refurbishment and fit-out project in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established fit-out contractor delivering a high-quality £10m commercial office scheme.

The successful candidate will take a leading role in managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager on commercial office fit-out or refurbishment projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site management.
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates essential.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
