The predicted salary is between 51750 - 63250 £ per year.

Due to the increase in workload within their Rail sector, our client, a top regional Contractor, has the need for a Senior QS to join their Commercial Team on a freelance basis from their Swansea offices to work on projects including AFA, Embankment Stabilisations, Footbridges and Station works.

Duties will include:

  • Preparing and agreeing interim applications, valuations and final accounts
  • Subcontract procurement enquiries, comparisons, placing orders and managing accounts through to close-out
  • Measurement and take-off from drawings, pricing variations and change
  • Administering NEC4 contracts: early warnings and compensation events

To be considered for this role, you will have a qualification in Quantity Surveying and will have Rail experience gained within the Main Contracting environment.

In return, a competitive day rate is on offer which is Inside IR35 and comes with an immediate start and minimum 6 month contract which will take you well into 2027!
