The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.
We are looking for a quantity surveyor for one of our clients. You will be responsible for the commercial management of groundworks and civil engineering works on a major water infrastructure scheme in Reading, Aylesbury, or Rickmansworth.
You will be managing all commercial aspects of the project, including:
- Cost reporting
- Valuations
- Subcontractor procurement and management
- Change control
- Compensation events
- Final accounts
Working closely with operational teams to maximise project profitability while overseeing costs associated with drainage, deep excavations, reinforced concrete structures, utilities, ducting, earthworks, and associated infrastructure works. Ensuring commercial compliance, accurate forecasting, and effective client and subcontractor liaison throughout the project.
