Owing to continued market success, our client, a national multi-disciplined main contractor, holds a 1st class opportunity for a hands-on and eager Project Quantity Surveyor to bolster their commercial highways team based in Luton.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Achieve maximum recovery and cash flow whilst also developing and maintaining excellent relationships with the client.
- Making sure there are no out of period costs and value on the contract.
- Ensuring the contract WIP is under 75% of turnover.
Interested candidates will ideally be degree (BSc Hons) qualified with a strong civils background. Experience of highway maintenance projects is desirable, and they will offer a joining bonus for those with a pedigree within this sector.
