We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary turnkey business who undertakes a wide variety of rail projects, from solution recommendations to complete design and construction. You will be working on a new minor works and civils framework.
Main works will include contract administration under the main contract and subcontracts, supporting the team with management of subcontract payment notices in accordance with statutory and company requirements, assisting in the preparation of periodic cost/value reconciliation reports, and monitoring of planned vs actual cost across disciplines.
You will ideally be degree qualified or on a degree pathway in Commercial/Quantity Surveying and have experience on NEC option A, C or E contracts. Rail or framework experience is desirable, but not essential.
