You'll be overseeing the commercial management of project from inception through to final account. The role involves cost control, subcontractor management, valuations, contract administration, change management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Candidates should have strong NEC contract knowledge, excellent commercial awareness, and previous experience delivering civil engineering, infrastructure, highways, utilities, or water projects.
