Solution are working closely with a highly respected and quality focused medium sized regional contractor operating throughout London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire who are looking to enhance their senior management team with the appointment of an experienced contracts manager.
Our client successfully delivers a range of new build, fit out and refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors from £1m - £30m in value secured through negotiation, partnering two stage, traditional and design & build procurement routes. 80% of their business is repeat clientele.
Owing to market success they are looking to secure a Contracts Manager with experience of both residential and commercial office schemes to lead multiple projects across Hertfordshire. You will hold strong bid management and preconstruction capability along with 1st class planning & programming skills. A proven main contracting pedigree gained within top 50 main organisations demonstrating project diversity and loyalty is essential.
