Seeking experienced main contracting healthcare Design Managers and Senior Design Managers to engage on the newly secured Hospital 2 alliance framework win. This position is project and office based from our client's Hertfordshire HQ with flexibility for occasional remote working.
Your remit will be to:
- Establish, maintain and manage effective project design resource and team profile at bid and delivery stages.
- Lead and provide a professional, comprehensive and sustainable design service for the customer and key partners and suppliers at bid and delivery stages.
- Manage and coordinate safely the overall design process through the RIBA design stages, challenging the brief and bringing innovation and continuous improvements benefits to the projects at bid and delivery stages.
You will hold a strong permanent career profile demonstrating loyalty and success originating from either an architectural or technical background. We are keen to speak with those with P23 or PFI framework experience for Tier 1 contractors. This role offers first-class working conditions and a benefits package which includes a 5-15% bonus.
