Solution are working in partnership with a leading national and innovative residential main contractor operating throughout the southeast. Owing to a thriving pipeline and continued project wins, they are seeking the skills and services of the next generation of Quantity Surveyors to bolster their talented commercial team.
The business's success is built on the progress and development of their apprentices and graduates. They hold a 1st class opportunity on their recently secured development in Chelmsford, which consists of replacing 69 existing bungalows with approximately 250 new homes, including apartments and housing for older people.
They are keen to speak with well-trained and graduated (BSc Hons) main contracting Assistant Quantity Surveyors looking to step up and be given an opportunity to run their own project, as well as Quantity Surveyors with experience of running new build projects over £10m independently. In both cases, you must have experience of working for a main contractor within building or residential or both.
Experience of re-measuring ground works packages along with procuring the full range of trades from groundworks all the way through to builders clean is essential. This opportunity will suit ambitious types looking to fast track their career within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
