We are currently looking for an experienced Sub Agent to work on a mains rehabilitation scheme in Kentish Town. The successful candidate will support the Site Agent and Project Manager with the day-to-day delivery of the works, ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently and in line with the programme and project requirements. Duties will include coordinating site teams and subcontractors, overseeing daily works, monitoring progress, ensuring quality and health & safety standards are maintained, completing site records and documentation, and assisting with planning and sequencing of works. Previous experience working on water, utilities, mains rehabilitation or civil engineering schemes is highly desirable, with a good understanding of site operations and construction processes. Requirements: CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid, with previous experience working as a Sub Agent, Site Agent or Senior Site Supervisor on utilities, water or civil engineering projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of our top clients and comes with long-term contract and a top day rate (Outside IR355)
