Owing to business growth, our client is looking to secure the skills and services of a talented SHEQ Manager to operate from their HQ in Herts. This role offers a genuine opportunity to step up into a senior management position within a very ambitious business.
Purpose of the Position
The SHEQ Manager oversees the safety, health, environment, and quality assurance aspects of the business. He/she will develop, manage, supervise, and coordinate work systems to ensure that the company's production or services meet the highest quality standards and that working practices comply with Safety Standards. Reporting to the Company Director, the SHEQ Manager will address all instances of non-compliance. The role involves leading, developing, and maintaining Office and Project SHEQ management programs and systems in both written and online formats, with communication and team briefings through face-to-face contact. To support line management in delivering Site SHEQ objectives.
