The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Due to an increase in workload within their Water sector, our client, a top Utility Contractor in the UK, has the need for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support works which include Water Treatment works, Pumping Station Upgrades and Mains Replacements. Based from their offices near Reading, daily duties will include:
- Populating Monthly report (CVR / DES)
- Submitting client AFP
- Carrying out project procurement
- Populating Costs Forecast
- Assessing supply chain AFP and compiling final account
- Costs control and driving up value
- Mitigating project risks
- Maximising cash collection
- Commercial Administration of the project
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and have Water experience gained within the Main Contracting environment. In return, a top day rate is on offer along with an immediate start and minimum 3 month contract which is likely to be extended into 6.
