Due to an increase in workload, our client, a family owned medium sized Contractor are seeking to secure the services of a Quantity Surveyor to join their Rail/LU team in their offices in South East London. Their works typically includes Signalling, Lineside Civils, Telecoms, Depot and Station works.
Daily duties will include:
- Issuing payments
- Cost reporting
- Sub contractor account management
- Attending weekly commercial meetings
To be considered, you will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and have a minimum of 2-3 years experience gained within the Construction/Rail sector. In return, a top salary is on offer along with long term opportunities for progression.
