Required by a fast-paced, boutique, and high-end residential contractor to lead and deliver a luxury dwelling with 7,000 ft2 size, including a basement and ancillary buildings in the heart of Buckinghamshire.
Set within a picturesque acre site, this project includes 2nd guest cottages, pool house, 7,000 ft2 barn stables, double garage, and tennis pavilion.
Our client offers an immediate permanent opportunity for a talented Project Manager with a proven pedigree in super prime residential projects (New build, Refurbishment, Fit Out) and a portfolio of similar projects.
Solution is seeking a diligent, polished, and technically competent manager with an eye for detail and exceptional finishes, eager to grow within a respected and modern business.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate loyalty and success throughout their career, backed by either a BSc (Hons) degree or MCIOB qualification. First-class planning (ASTA) and IT skills are essential.
You will be fully supported by a hands-on, inspiring Managing Director who leads from the front and drives the business forward.
