The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
Due to the recent award of a number of Rail contracts in the East Anglia and Southern Regions, our client, a top Main Contractor within the Rail sector has an immediate need for a Commercial Manager to join their expanding team. Based from their offices in Central London, you will be responsible for overseeing a Commercial Team including Senior Quantity Surveyors to ensure the projects are run to budget and ultimately making profit.
You will also be required to report to Senior Management and attend regular meetings with stakeholders and the Board. To be considered for this role you will hold a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and will have worked your way up to your current position as Commercial Manager within the Main Contracting environment and within the Rail sector.
In return, a top day rate is on offer along with an immediate start and ongoing contract which could also turn permanent if successful. This is an excellent opportunity to join a great team on long term Rail projects.
