The predicted salary is between 42000 - 60000 £ per year.

Our client is a well established and respected provider of track, civil engineering, construction and maintenance services to the rail industry who requires a senior quantity surveyor to join their team on a major Depot scheme that they have recently secured.

Daily duties will include:

  • Management of Subcontractor Accounts
  • Cost Reporting
  • Variations and Claims
  • Mentoring an Assistant QS
  • Managing a Project QS

To be considered you will have a minimum of a HNC in quantity surveying and have either rail, LU or depot/station experience gained within the Main Contracting Environment using NEC Form of Contract.

In return, an all-in high package with an excellent salary alongside an offer with training and progression opportunities is available.
