The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Due to an increase in workload within their Rail and London Underground sectors, our client, a family owned and highly respected Contractor is seeking to bolster its Commercial Team and add 3 Assistant/Quantity Surveyors to join their team based from South East London.
Works typically include Signalling Upgrades, Track Replacements, Depot Upgrades, Station Modifications and HS2 works.
Daily duties will include:
- Cost Reporting
- Issuing Payments
- Timesheet administration
- Assisting with Budgets and CVRs
- Attending regular progress meetings with Senior Management
To be considered for these roles, you will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying or be currently on a day release whilst employed. You will also have 3-5 years experience within the Rail, LU or Construction sectors.
In return, an excellent salary is on offer along with training and progression opportunities. They will also support any Degree part time courses that require time off to undertake as this is something they encourage as a company for development.
