I am searching for an Assistant Building Services Manager on behalf of a leading Main Contractor based in Central London, specialising in new build, heavy and structural refurbishments, and fit-out projects in Central London and the surrounding areas. Established approximately several years ago, they work across Commercial, Hotels, Hospitality and Leisure, Education, Private Homes, Residential Development, and Historic projects. They are now looking to strengthen their Building Services team by adding an additional Assistant BSM.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend meetings with clients, designers, specialist contractors, and other team members.
- Contribute to the regular Project Report and attend project meetings.
- Review designers' and contractors' drawings for completeness and compliance with contract requirements (specification, ER, etc.).
- Check ongoing installations for compliance with contract requirements.
- Assist in planning and executing the building services commissioning.
- Support the delivery of building services works and liaise with subcontractors, specialists, and consultants.
- Assist in producing monthly Service Status Reports and provide project support information.
- Contribute to the overall project documentation.
