We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major warehouse and ERP transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive project delivery, governance, planning and reporting.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
- Manage project schedules, risks, actions and dependencies.
- Ensure delivery aligns with agreed Statements of Work and project scope.
- Challenge scope creep and maintain focus on key deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement across the programme.
Required Experience
- Proven track record as a Project Manager delivering complex technology or ERP projects.
- Strong third-party/vendor management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive accountability.
- Experience working within warehousing, logistics, supply chain or distribution environments.
- Confident communicator with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach.
- ERP implementation or transformation experience.
- Exposure to JDE, Oracle ERP or similar platforms.
- Experience using Smartsheet and/or Jira.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking and shipping processes.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be a hands-on, highly organised Project Manager who excels at driving progress, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring projects remain on track. Rather than owning technical design decisions, you will focus on delivery, governance and execution, working alongside technical specialists and external partners to achieve successful outcomes.
