As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' business needs and objectives. You will:
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to gather, document, and validate their functional and technical requirements.
- Design and propose Salesforce solutions that align with best practices and the client's business goals.
- Configure Salesforce and perform necessary customisations to meet client requirements.
- Oversee data migration efforts, ensuring the accurate transfer of data from legacy systems to Salesforce.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide user training and support to ensure the successful adoption of Salesforce by client teams.
- Create comprehensive documentation of the implemented Salesforce solution, including process flows and user guides.
- Assist in project management activities, including timeline management and issue resolution.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, address post-implementation issues, and recommend improvements.
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Broad knowledge of various Salesforce products, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud etc.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud are preferred.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
