The RoleAs a CNC Sliding Head Machinist, your responsibilities will include:
- Setting and operating CNC Sliding Head / Swiss-type machines
- Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances
- Reading and working from detailed engineering drawings
- Using a range of materials including stainless steel, aluminium and plastics
- Maintaining quality, consistency and efficiency on the shop floor
- Proven experience with CNC Sliding Head machines (Citizen, Star, Tsugami or similar)
- Strong setting and operating ability (programming experience is a bonus)
