Job Title: Builder Location: Cambridge Area Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 per annum Solution47 are recruiting for a skilled builder to join a rapidly expanding construction firm in the heart of Cambridge. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out general building tasks to a high standard. * Work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and renovation works. * Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget. * Maintain high levels of safety and cleanliness on-site. * Collaborate with other team members and tradespeople to deliver projects smoothly. * Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations. Skills & Experience: * Proven experience in general building work (minimum 3 years preferred). * Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and tools. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans. * Excellent problem-solving skills. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Full driving license preferred. * CSCS not required.
