Solution 47 Recruitment have a very exciting part time position working Weds, Thursday and Friday for our client near to Thurlow. You will need to be fully computer literate with a confident telephone manner. Hours are 9.30 till 16.30 Weds, Thurs, Friday. Initially on a 6 weeks placement however this could lead to fulltime work with more hours each week for the right candidate. This position requires someone who drives due to my client's location.
As Administration Assistant your role will be varied and cover some of the following duties:
- Scanning documents and uploading to correct folders
- Managing your email account and keeping on top of a large number of incoming emails
- Customer service via the telephone
- Directing calls to the correct division
- Happy to learn other duties as and when required
