Are you ready to take your IT expertise on the road and be part of a business that’s growing and shaping the future? At Solus, we’re looking for a proactive and skilled IT professional to deliver exceptional technical support across our UK sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our dynamic IT team, you’ll provide onsite and remote technical support to internal colleagues and external clients using our software Evolve. Your mission: resolve complex incidents and service requests quickly and effectively, ensuring smooth operations.

You’ll also:

• Support and guide 1st Line IT Engineers to help them succeed.
• Prioritise tickets and allocate time to meet critical needs.
• Travel to various UK locations, optimising your schedule to keep our systems running seamlessly.

How You’ll Do It

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across multiple areas.
• Install, configure, and support IT systems.
• Collaborate with the team and elevate issues when needed.
• Report risks and cyber incidents to IT leadership.
• Follow internal documentation for consistency and compliance.
• Provide detailed insights into user requests and system performance.
