Qualifications

• Experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex change.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendor for seamless execution of multiple projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Foster a performance‑driven culture to embed change initiatives effectively into business operations.
• Define project scope and objectives, engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and effective allocation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs using agile techniques to drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track performance to evaluate successful completion of short‑ and long‑term goals.
• Apply and continuously develop leadership capabilities to influence outcomes and support others.
• Develop delivery data using spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
