Overview
Our Customer Solutions Centre Advisors are the face of Solus and work closely with Aviva, demonstrating our values and work principles. You will be the first point of contact for customers over the telephone helping them get back to normal during a potentially difficult time. With the training provided you will be able to carry out a basic diagnosis on a vehicle and provide the best repair solution for each customer. The team works together to create a supportive and collaborative environment, focusing on the customer and what matters to them, in our customer contact centre in Warrington and across 25 UK sites. We empower our people to go above and beyond to deliver the best outcomes for customers. Opportunities for progression are available for those displaying the right capabilities and behaviours.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers over the telephone, helping them get back to normal during a potentially difficult time.
- Carry out a basic diagnosis on a vehicle with training and provide the best repair solution for each customer.
- Promote customer satisfaction and embed a customer-focused culture across the Solus contact centre in Warrington and at 25 UK sites.
- Support a collaborative, customer-focused environment by working with the team and Aviva.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and outcomes.
