Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Facilities Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting new builds and refurbishing existing properties at our various locations across the UK. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys travelling and working in different environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead on all electrical maintenance and installation tasks across our UK sites
  • Carry out troubleshooting and repairs, including basic plumbing, ground maintenance, and decoration
  • Attend to emergency works as needed
  • Support project works and annual compliance checks (e.g. EICR, PAT testing)
  • Collaborate with the wider Facilities team to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations

Qualifications:

  • NVQ 2 Level and/or City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (desirable)
  • Experience in facilities or building maintenance
  • A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a team-focused attitude
