As we continue to grow and integrate new teams across the business, we are looking for a proactive, relationship-led Talent Partner to join our Recruitment Team. This is a role where you will have a real impact, supporting leaders, championing great candidate experiences, and helping us find the talent that will drive our next chapter.
Responsibilities
- Partnering: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, workforce plans, and long-term priorities. Assist in developing effective recruitment strategies that support our business goals and strengthen our talent pipelines.
- Sourcing & Attraction: Proactively source and engage top talent using a mix of platforms, tools, and creative approaches. Represent Solus as an employer of choice, ensuring our values and culture shine through.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from screening and shortlisting to interviews and hiring recommendations. Support contract negotiation and seamlessly guide candidates through preboarding and onboarding.
- Candidate Experience: Build trusted relationships with candidates, providing clear communication, feedback, and support at every stage.
- Collaboration & Improvement: Work with internal stakeholders to refine processes, streamline ways of working, and introduce new ideas that improve efficiency and consistency. Keep up to date with industry trends, market insights, and best practices to continually evolve our talent strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience or training managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- A passion for delivering excellent candidate and hiring-manager experiences.
- Curiosity, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- An eye for continuous improvement and a desire to make things better - for candidates, hiring managers, and the business.
- Knowledge of IT or finance recruitment is desirable (but not essential), as these areas are key to supporting our evolving talent needs.
