Solus Accident Repair Centres is seeking an experienced Complaints & EOD Manager to take expert responsibility for the performance of multiple sites with a focus on customer complaints and dissatisfaction handling.
You will ensure fair investigations within service standards, liaise with work providers, record all complaints and outcomes, mentor staff, and deliver KPI reports while upholding data security and FCA complaint handling principles.
