We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Facilities Technician (Plumber) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting new builds and refurbishing existing properties at our various locations across the UK. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys travelling and working in different environments.
- Install, service, and maintain gas appliances and systems
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with Gas Safe regulations
- Service and maintain unvented hot water storage systems (G3 qualification preferred)
- General plumbing tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment
- Assist in the construction and refurbishment of new and existing properties
- Travel to various sites as required
- Gas Safe registered
- Proven experience in general plumbing and facilities maintenance
- Willingness to travel and work at different locations
