We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Facilities Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting new builds and refurbishing existing properties at our various locations across the UK. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys travelling and working in different environments.
- Lead on all electrical maintenance and installation tasks across our UK sites
- Carry out troubleshooting and repairs, including basic plumbing, ground maintenance, and decoration
- Support project works and annual compliance checks (e.g. EICR, PAT testing)
- Collaborate with the wider Facilities team to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations
Requirements:
- NVQ 2 Level and/or City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Experience in facilities or building maintenance
- A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
