We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Finance Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finance, possess excellent analytical skills, and have a strong desire to drive business success through strategic financial insights.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to improve financial processes and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to ensure the delivery of accurate, relevant, and timely data to drive business decisions.
- Support Operations by providing commercial insights to enhance performance and drive growth.
- Contribute to ad–hoc projects from a financial perspective, demonstrating agility and adaptability.
- Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with operational leads and their teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Utilize specialized knowledge in Finance or Business Partnering to deliver impactful results.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification in Risk, Auditing, or Accountancy.
- Experience in finance, accounting, or business partnering role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast–paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
