We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Finance Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finance, possess excellent analytical skills, and have a strong desire to drive business success through strategic financial insights.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to improve financial processes and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to ensure the delivery of accurate, relevant, and timely data to drive business decisions.
  • Support Operations by providing commercial insights to enhance performance and drive growth.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects from a financial perspective, demonstrating agility and adaptability.
  • Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with operational leads and their teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Utilize specialized knowledge in Finance or Business Partnering to deliver impactful results.

Qualifications

  • Professional qualification in Risk, Auditing, or Accountancy.
  • Experience in finance, accounting, or business partnering role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
