Solus is seeking a 1st Line IT Engineer to join our Service Desk, supporting 2,500+ users across 40+ sites. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues and external clients using our in-house system, Evolve, triaging and resolving issues or escalating to the 2nd line when needed.

You will work with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and HaloITSM in a collaborative team, handling hardware, software and networking across multiple platforms, and you will have room to grow as the Service Desk.
