This role leads the amalgamation of supplier and service agreements into a single, future‑fit contract suite, spotting variances, leveraging strengths from both sides, and securing sustainable value for our combined organisation and customers. Responsibilities
- Create one contractual backbone for the single entity by aligning supply chain and service contracts across Solus (London) Limited and Direct Line Auto Services.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and parent company policy while driving sustainable commercial benefit.
- Partner with the Commercial team to develop and implement category‑level KPIs and SLAs; embed best‑practice procurement processes.
- Provide legal and contract expertise through pre‑ and post‑contract change, translating risk into practical, workable terms.
- Deliver savings mechanisms via robust risk and issue management; improve trading terms to help reduce indemnity spend for customers and Aviva.
- Stand up and maintain a central register for contracts, pricing, and documentation; develop fit‑for‑purpose templates by supplier risk and spend.
Qualifications
- Depth in supplier management across varied products and services, with strong SLA and contract governance.
