The Customer Consultant role at Solus is built around clear communication, organisation and a strong focus on customer experience. As a key point of contact, you support customers throughout their repair journey and help keep site operations running smoothly day to day. This is a varied, hands‑on role that combines customer service, coordination and the collection and delivery of customer vehicles, requiring good judgement, organisation and a professional approach. As a Customer Consultant, you’ll balance customer care with practical, site‑based responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle repair
- Handle queries calmly and professionally, providing clear and timely responses
- Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and courteously when required
- Arrange and coordinate vehicle movements and transport activity
- Support site operations, including parts coordination and basic administration
- Work closely with technicians, production teams and site leaders
