Solus is seeking a strategic Head of Business Performance to lead the financial performance agenda across Solus and Aviva’s third-party repairers. This high-impact role shapes growth, performance and governance, acting as a figurehead internally and externally.
You will build and lead a team of four Business Partners, drive insightful reporting, cost control on motor claims, and partner with Solus and Aviva executives to deliver annual plans and future opportunities including potential M&A.
