A solihull based construction company has the requirement for an office manager to add vlaue ot the exisitng team and help manage the day to day activites of the running of office for Senior Managers.

This is a key role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, supporting senior management, and ensuring the business runs efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will have previous office management experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure efficiency and professionalism
  • Manage office facilities, supplies, equipment, and external service providers
  • Support senior management with operational and administrative duties
  • Supervise administrative and support staff
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and inductions where required
