Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to mange the cost controls and cost reporting on between 2-3 civil engineering projects, each valued at circa £1m - £4m.

Quantity Surveyor should be self sufficient and be able to manage their own workload and responsibilities.

A mixture of site based, and office.

  • Sites are within 30 miles of Milton Keynes, Bedford, Luton and Bicester areas.
  • Reporting to Commercial Manager

Covering civil engineering and groundworks across

  • Défense, Rail, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Technology, Motorsport and Heavy industry

Works will typically include

  • Bulk excavation and any ground remediation
  • Ground beams and floor slabs
  • Pile caps and foundations
  • Specialist tanking installation
  • Retaining walls and substructures
  • Reinforced concrete sub-structures and any formwork
