Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to manage the cost controls and cost reporting on between 1-3 civil engineering and groundworks projects, each valued at circa £1m - £6m.
Quantity Surveyor should be self-sufficient and be able to manage their own workload and responsibilities. A mixture of site-based and office working. Sites are within generally 30 miles of the Gloucester areas.
Reporting to Commercial Director. Working for a very established business with a healthy order book and forward works. All clients are large blue chip construction organisations.

- On site measurement, valuations and variations
- Building client relationships
- Monthly cost value reconciliations
- Final account preparations
- Negotiating
