The Executive Operations Partner is not a traditional EA or PA role! We are looking for a highly proactive operator who can drive projects, manage cross-functional initiatives, and act as a true right hand to the Chief of Staff.
Soluis are looking for a highly experienced Executive Operations Partner to serve as a strategic partner to the Chief of Staff. You will be someone who takes high-level direction, operates independently, and drives complex initiatives through to completion across regions and functions. Key Responsibilities
- Executive Partnership & Force Multiplication
- Act as a trusted extension of senior leadership, representing priorities, intent, and decisions with confidence and credibility
- Take ownership of delegated initiatives and drive them to completion independently
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across regions, functions, and stakeholders
- Anticipate needs, surface risks early, and proactively remove blockers
- Project Execution & Change Delivery
- Lead and support cross-functional projects from inception through delivery
- Execute change management, operational improvement, and process optimisation initiatives
- Drive follow-ups, ensure accountability, and maintain momentum across senior stakeholders
- Bring clarity, structure, and outcomes to ambiguous or fast-moving situations
- Technology, Automation & Ways of Working
- Actively leverage technology to improve efficiency, visibility, and execution

- Step in wherever required to support business momentum and stability

- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

- 7–10+ years’ experience operationally and strategically supporting board-level or C-suite leaders
- Proven experience executing projects independently on behalf of senior leadership
- Experience working in global, multi-country, multicultural organisations
- Strong exposure to operational, transformation, or execution-heavy environments
- High levels of technical competence and confidence using modern business tools
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience across multiple sectors or industries
- Background in scaling or high-growth organisations
- Experience supporting business operations, transformation, or strategy delivery
- Exposure to automation, systems implementation, or process redesign
- Exceptionally organised with strong prioritisation and follow-through
