We are focused primarily on the real estate sector, working on some of the most ambitious and largest projects in the world – most of which are in the Middle East.
We are seeking a highly-organised, self-motivated and detail-oriented HR Advisor to support our diverse, multi-regional workforce. This role will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and ensuring alignment with the company\’s strategic growth goals. A large part of this growth will be via a managed recruitment strategy. As HR Advisor, you will manage all aspects of HR, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local employment regulations across our regions.
You will have experience of UK HR and employment law and ideally CIPD qualified or working towards.
This position offers a unique opportunity to support a dynamic, creative, and innovative team.
