About you
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
- Experience with Modern Australian cuisine and willingness to learn new stuff
- Strong experience working on the grill and pass
- Ability to lead and manage a small kitchen team
- Organised and able to work efficiently under pressure
