What you will do
- Provide front‐line technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software and our integrations
- Support customers with optimising their systems performance and usage
- Document common issues and resolutions
- Analyse trends and find solutions to reduce repeat queries
- Regular reporting to Management with recommendations
- Provide feedback to the product team

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the Agricultural/Groundcare/Plant industries, either in a mechanical/technical or advisory positions.
