We’re looking for a high‑performing Social Lead to take SolSkin to the next level at a critical stage of growth. You’ll own our TikTok and Instagram channels end‑to‑end – driving both content creation and channel growth, while ensuring everything is aligned with product launches, campaigns, and the wider marketing calendar.

You’ll take full ownership of the social content calendar, ensuring consistent, high‑quality output across all platforms, while managing alignment across multiple content streams. This role includes leading and coordinating two content creators, ensuring all output is on‑brand, aligned to campaign objectives, and delivered to a high standard.

Beyond execution, you’ll play a key role in building a high‑performing content engine – creating the systems, structure, and creative direction needed to consistently produce engaging, high‑impact content. You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing, working closely to ensure social plays a central role in driving overall brand and commercial performance.

You’ll also collaborate closely with the founders (The Conders, 10M+ following) to develop and scale SolSkin content across their personal channels – turning reach into meaningful growth and revenue.

Core Responsibilities
  • Own and execute SolSkin’s social media strategy across TikTok and Instagram
  • Manage the social content calendar, aligned with launches, campaigns, and the wider marketing plan
  • Plan, storyboard, and execute content (including filming and editing where needed)
  • Deliver consistent, high‑quality output across posts, stories, and campaigns
  • Align social activity with commercial goals in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
  • Lead content shoots and content days (concepts, shot lists, creative direction)
  • Build and refine a scalable content engine (processes, workflows, creative standards)
  • Develop strong creative briefs and storyboards for creators and campaigns
  • Continuously test and execute trend‑led content across TikTok and Instagram
  • Ensure all content meets brand standards for tone, quality, and consistency
Team & Creator Management
  • Manage and coordinate two content creators plus freelance/UGC creators
  • Provide direction, feedback, and ensure consistent output and quality
  • Work closely with founders to scale SolSkin content across their personal channels
  • Manage influencer activations including planning, briefing, and events
Performance & Optimisation
  • Track and report on content performance using clear KPIs
  • Produce monthly reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations
  • Identify top‑performing content and refine future creative direction
  • Optimise content based on performance, trends, and platform updates
Growth & Innovation
  • Launch new social initiatives (e.g. TikTok Lives, giveaways, creator collaborations)
  • Develop creative, disruptive campaigns (e.g. street‑style content, new formats)
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, features, and algorithms
  • Work cross‑functionally to ensure social drives overall brand and revenue growth
Additional Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage photoshoots (models, venues, creative direction)
  • Support key campaign and product launch execution
  • Collaborate closely with the wider team to align messaging and output
Requirements
  • Proven experience driving growth on TikTok and Instagram
  • Strong portfolio of content creation work
  • Experience managing or collaborating with creators/teams
  • Strong understanding of content planning, storyboarding, and campaign alignment
  • Data‑driven mindset with ability to use insights to improve performance
  • High proficiency in TikTok and Instagram tools (editing, content creation, basic design)
  • Deep understanding of social trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Strong creative and storytelling ability with a sharp eye for aesthetics
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Basic understanding of copyright/IP in social content
