Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Live Productions Sales teams to translate client audio needs into clear project plans and executable work orders.
- Create detailed audio equipment pull lists and schematics for each event.
- Work closely with coordination and logistics teams to ensure all technical assets are properly catalogued, stored, and delivered on schedule.
- Oversee audio system design, equipment specification, and all technical aspects of live events from planning through execution.
- Confirm that all necessary resources are arranged to deliver top‑quality audio; lighting, video, and rigging are treated as value‑added bonuses.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage projects from initial brief to completion, including post‑event reviews focused on audio delivery and continuous improvement.
- Maintain team communication, logistics, and project documentation to support collaboration.
- Perform other reasonable ad‑hoc requests as required by management.
Degree‑level education or equivalent practical experience in audio or live event production management, with proven expertise in sound systems and technology.
Essential Skills / Experience- Collaborative team member who builds positive relationships with Solotech colleagues, other departments, and external contacts.
- Experience compiling equipment lists, technical schematics and managing complex logistics across multiple warehouses and event sites.
- Ability to deliver complex audio solutions for diverse live event settings; additional skills in lighting, video or rigging are advantageous.
- Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects while keeping audio as the focal discipline.
- Prior client‑facing project‑management experience, capable of independent work and prioritising audio solutions in all scenarios.
Knowledge of pro‑audio equipment.
Essential Requirements- Right to work and remain in the UK.
- Flexibility to work unsociable hours when required, in addition to normal working times.
- Willingness and ability to travel for live event delivery, including overnight stays where needed.
