This is a brand-new role within the organisation and offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in shaping fair, consistent and effective people practices.
The Role As an HR Consultant, youll provide specialist HR advice and guidance across a broad range of employee relations, policy and organisational matters, with a particular focus on Job Evaluation.
Youll work closely with managers, HR colleagues, senior stakeholders and trade union representatives to ensure employment practices are fair, consistent, legally compliant and aligned with organisational objectives.
A key part of the role will be leading and supporting job evaluation activity, advising on role design and grading outcomes, and contributing to the ongoing development and maintenance of job evaluation frameworks.
