We are supporting a large, complex organisation undergoing significant HR and Finance transformation and are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join an established programme team on a contract basis. This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who enjoys working at pace within an existing change framework. The successful candidate will support delivery across a range of change activities, helping stakeholders adopt new systems, processes and ways of working. This is not a strategic transformation leadership role; we are looking for a practical, delivery-focused Change Manager who can quickly pick up defined workstreams and produce high-quality outputs with minimal direction.
