Background

We are looking for a Programme Manager to join our client.

As Programme Manager, you will define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Connecting Care Programme, ensuring alignment with national priorities and user needs. You will work closely with clinical, technical and policy stakeholders to deliver user centred services that improve outcomes for patients and streamline workflows for health and care professionals. Your leadership will be key to ensuring the Integrated Care Record is scalable, sustainable and continuously improved.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Expertly coach and lead teams in Agile and Lean practices and act as a recognised expert and advocate for the approaches, continually reflecting and challenging the team.
