We are seeking an experienced Design & Technical Manager to lead our clients growing street lighting design team.
The Design & Technical Manager plays a pivotal leadership role within our Local Authority Business team. The postholder is responsible for managing, mentoring, and motivating a small team of lighting design engineers and technicians while also overseeing the delivery of street lighting design work, ensuring technical excellence and compliance across all outputs.
They will liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders to support the successful delivery of both standalone design commissions and wider street lighting installation or maintenance projects.
